Our Story:

Why The Wellness Track Exists

For over 26 years , Dr. Jeanette De Witt has dedicated her career to

helping people move freely, live pain-free, and stay active for life.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, she worked in hospital-based orthopedics, private practice, and skilled nursing

—treating weekend warriors, elite athletes, military personnel,

first responders, business professionals, and retirees.

But something was broken in the healthcare system.

🚨Too many outdoor enthusiasts were struggling

with pain and injuries

—not because they weren’t strong, but because traditional healthcare

only offers short-term solutions.

🚨 Insurance only covers treatment after an injury,

leaving people without proactive ways to stay healthy and injury-free.

🚨 Many felt frustrated, stuck, and limited

—wanting to move pain-free

but unsure how to fix their bodies for the long haul.

💡That’s when The Wellness Track was born.

Dr. Jeanette closed her traditional clinic in 2021

and founded The Wellness Track, LLC,

a virtual Medical Wellness and Lifestyle Education company

designed specifically for outdoor enthusiasts

who want to stay active, healthy, and confident

without constantly booking therapy appointments.

Hey there! I’m Dr. Jeanette De Witt, and if there’s one thing I know, it’s this:

➡Nothing is more frustrating than feeling sidelined by pain.

➡You want to stay active, but nagging aches keep getting in the way.

➡You’re tired of short-term fixes and just want a real, lasting solution.

I get it—because I’ve been there too.

My Journey: From Injury to Breakthrough

In 2004, a roller coaster accident left me with whiplash, concussion symptoms, and sciatica. I spent months in physical therapy, chiropractic care, and massage therapy, trying to find relief. But despite all the treatments, I still struggled with recurring symptoms for years.

It wasn’t until 2018 that I discovered Total Motion Release (TMR), founded by Tom Dalonzo-Baker —and it changed everything.

TMR allowed me to address 95% of my issues on my own

—saving me time, money, and frustration.

It transformed my recovery and helped me regain

pain-free movement.

It completely changed my approach to care—because I realized that people don’t have to rely on constant therapy visits to feel better.

That’s why I founded The Wellness Track, LLC—to help outdoor enthusiasts like you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free without the endless cycle of appointments.

“When I first connected with Jeanette, it was through a video chat. My lower back was in so much pain that I couldn’t move at all without crying.

I was literally stuck on the floor. I would have gone to the ER or clinic, but it was honestly too much for me to even move.

Jeanette walked me through a series of positions to try to get myself into to help relieve the pain.

It was roughly about 30 – 45 minutes of testing to finally lock in on a few pain-relieving positions.

Yes, pain relieving!

Without any immediate medication, just through repositioning myself, I was able to go from crying pain to where it was just a minor nuisance.

What a game changer!

Jeanette shared a few videos with me that not only showed what these different positions are, but explained why they help relieve pain.

These were simple concepts that anyone with a working knowledge of middle school physical science should be able to understand and apply.

This isn’t to say you may not need a doctor or some medication at some point for your injury,

but in roughly a half hour of being conscious of how your body is moving and resting, you can potentially rid yourself of pain.

And if you do need some form of medication,

figuring out how to position yourself so that the pain is minimal will help you stay more comfortable while the medication works as it should.

Everyone is different and not all injuries are the same, but Total Motion Release is absolutely something that should be in your pain relief toolbox.
